- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from billing settings. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
- What counts as a tracked prompt?
- A tracked prompt is a question you want us to monitor across AI engines. We run it on the cadence included in your plan, capture which sites are cited, and surface where your brand appears or is missing.
- Can I use my own sending domain?
- Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any SMTP/IMAP provider. On Scale plans you can also bring multiple sending domains with rotation and per-domain warm-up.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Annual billing is available on every plan and saves you up to two months. Talk to sales about multi-year terms and volume discounts.
- Is there a discount for agencies or non-profits?
- Yes. Agencies running multiple client brands get a discount that scales with the number of workspaces. Registered non-profits get 30% off any plan. Contact sales for details.
